  Thank you CG Solutions for a smooth and painless installation of our much needed whole house backup generator. It was both satisfying and stress relieving the moment the Generac unit was switched on, and I heard it's steady hum for the first time. Just previous to installation day I had described to CG Solutions the unfortunate medical issues present in our home. Your team arrived on installation day with the additional resources to alleviate any and all concerns I'd had. The team leader introduced himself and the rest of the team and then proceeded to explain exactly what they were going to do and the steps they would be taking. My confidence remained high since we were appraised of any task that might affect our well being as the work progressed. I would not hesitate to recommend CG Solution as your Generac provider and installer. They are dependable, personable, and accommodating.

  We contacted Steve to get a quote for a generator, he had to cancel the first appointment time (totally understandable due to storms the day before), then we rescheduled for the next day for him to come before noon.. never received a call until 7pm and he said he could come that evening (we received no apology), but we still had him come do an estimate, said he would get us the estimate within a few days. It has been two weeks and we still have not heard anything, no email and no call. Update 3/23/2021: Steve worked with us and accommodated our needs after a misunderstanding- the email was incorrect and we thought we did not receive our estimate, however, he quickly made this correction and worked with us. Thanks Steve! Our generator is still running great and very pleased that we were able to get this done back in July 2020!

  Korin I apologize for the experience that you have had with the issue of not receiving the quote. I believe that the quote was sent to your email address 3 days after our visit. Please check your spam folder if you have not done so already. I will check my sent mail in the morning. Please feel free to call me to discuss this matter farther. 7/7/2020 Korin and I worked things out about the lost quote and we Installed a generator for her. We were able to put her in the schedule toward the top up the list to accommodate some issue with a high water table and she did not want to go without her sump pumps if there was another power outage.   Needed a repair on a Generac power washer. Found this company from Generacs website. The owner and employees are very responsive. They go above and beyond to make the customer happy. Repairs were done ahead of estimated time. Couldn't be happier to have found them!
