  They put a mailer in my mail for a 40$ oil change. When I got to the counter my total came out to 87$ because my car “NEEDED full synthetic which isn’t covered by the coupon.” I know 87$ is cheap for a synthetic oil change and tire rotation but when it comes to mechanics transparency upfront is worth paying for…

  Adam, we are up front about our prices and we are careful to do the job right. The coupon we sent out is for a complete Winterization Package, not just an oil change and it specifically says that it also includes up to 5 qts synthetic blend oil. It does say that full synthetic is extra and of course sales tax is extra. Most cars don't require full synthetic. Yours does. Before we ever got your keys, we looked up the required 6.2 quarts of 0w20 full synthetic oil and included that when we quoted you the exact price up front, including tax, for your approval. And you decided not to have it done here. Your car manufacturer specifically states that using the wrong oil may not only void the warranty, it could also negatively affect your gas mileage or cause hard starting in cold weather. We've also seen several cars with check engine lights and performance issues caused by using the wrong oil. Full synthetic oil also adds thousands more miles between changes than any other kind. This is why we are careful to use the correct oil as specified by the vehicle manufacturer, or better. We hope this clears up any misunderstanding.

  Great service. Took my Toyota Prius in to get the water pump fixed and they were able to do it in one day! For half the price of Brent brown Toyota in Orem. Thank you to the friendly staff and excellent mechanics. Will use again for any of my car needs.

  I currently have to have the intoxalock installed in my mini, it’s not my favorite device but I can drive again! And this place has been so helpful with everything. Pricing is great. They’re super fast, professional, and super friendly and kind. Texted me a few days after an appointment to follow up which I thought was very thoughtful. Thankful to have gone to them to deal with all of this.
