  We have just signed up with company and we have a good experience so far. It did take a longer time to get the pole installed but got it done. We shall see. 3 stars for now but have to see later and maybe a 4 or 5

  This company is a rip off. They charge a $25 fee every month for? Just because they can. Nobody else does.

  Hi Thakur, as a not-for-profit electric provider, the $24.75 customer charge is implemented to cover the fixed costs of providing electricity to our membership. If you have other questions or concerns, please call our office at 325-655-6957 and we will be happy to explain further.

  Called them to come check out a poping transformer, they came within two hours. Chase was extremely polite and courteous. There was another gentleman with him, but didnt get his name. They checked the breaker box and disconnected an unused transformer. Very pleased.
