  This is the poorest service I have ever experienced. Had and account with Entergy for the last 12 years and the power hardly ever went out. We had power all through the ice storm last year. It's gone out twice here in the last hour.

  Lights go out and we call dispatch and NO ONE EVER ANSWERS!!!!! We are experiencing a weird emergency right now lights on some items in our house are working and others have no power and the outside pole lights in my aunt and cousin’s yards are flashing like lightning try to report and no one will answer our calls. If something in my house is messed I wonder who I bill at CEC because of their incompetence and lack of concern for their customers services. CEC needs a 0 out of 5 stars.

  Worst power company or Co-Op op Ive ever dealt with. We lose power on average twice a month. after business hours have to leave a message, may or may not get a call back. We have had several natural disasters that we knew well in advance. All other companies hired outside crews to come in advance. Not Concordia. 13 days with no power. Feel bad for workers, this is an administrative/management issue. When outside crews came in. They said it was the biggest cluster of a company they had ever dealt with. Would change but we have no other option.
