  I was originally very pleased to find a company that did service calls on the weekend. Most companies work 9-5 M-F and so do I. Unfortunately, no one showed. No one texted or called to let me know that they weren't able to make it. I can understand if things come up, but I should've at least been contacted. Obviously I can't judge the quality of the work, but their customer service could use some revamping.
