Customer service lacking, the two ladies I spoke to are dismissive and abrupt. Before I finished my sentance the first lady shoved my call in the automated line, I called back got a different lady so before she does the same to me I requested she hear me out before transferring my call. All I wanted to do before hitting the automated line was to verify an account number!
