  Control Electric is a great shop. As I come from the electrical industry I have access to both big and small shops. Control is that fit of Large project ability with small shop personal service. You call them and you don't get an answering service, you get sales, Project Manager, Estimating or Ownership! This team is responsive and friendly. Their work is neat and clean like they have pride in there work, which is becoming a thing that is hard to come by in today's hurry up and get it done market.

  They have no integrity or accountability! Some sort of round large object fell off their vehicle and hit my son’s windshield , shattering it. His friend tried flagging the driver and he just ignored them. They took photos and video of their vehicle and I called their office to report it. After they told me not to open an insurance claim that they would pay for it outside... Jacqueline called me back and said the OWNER said it was probably debris and would not be covering the repair if he didn’t have to. It’s fine, I have insurance and I have money to pay for the repair. If needed. I will be filing a claim though. Here’s my thing...take responsibility and don’t say something then change it.....so if you break something at someone’s home and they didn’t see you will you or your employees do the right thing? This tells me you won’t. Will you say or promise something to a customer then change it? Probably cause you just did!...People be careful you have many choices...

  This company has integrity and quality in their work. If your a company and your looking to upgrade to a more efficient product, give CEI a chance. They know what they are doing!
