  Bought a new spa , disconnected old wires from old spa myself and set new spa, called Copper Electric to see if they could come out and reconnect it, sure they could come right out “awesome “, run is too short to new controls, they said need larger wire “wait” you connected my old spa with those wires? Ok! After all said and done I got screwed! $827.00 for about 1 1/2 hours worth the work. My phone said 1:23pm when I called them and they were done by 3:30pm.$144.50 for the parts rest was labor. I will never call these guys again. Who makes that kind of money per hour? Keep business local? Screw you! Take advantage of people.

  I called cooper's on Monday A.M. to inquire and having some work done, I told them I had a deadline on 2 weeks. This is now late Tuesday after their hours and they still have not called. All I wanted was for them to let me know if they could do the job (fairly small) or not so I could look for someone else. They did not have the time to even call. I WOULD NOT recommend cooper's to anyone and I hope KARMA bites them on the butt.
