  When your work truck has your business name on it, always know you’re representing your employer, on the clock, or off. Out of all the spots, this driver decided to park 4 inches away from me over the line and shrug when I questioned how my wife is supposed to get into the passenger side. Come on now.

  We've had both sides of the coin. after a structure fire damaged C.C.E. equipment and poles, lines. We were told the damaged equipment and lines would be reinstalled underground, restoring our views and removing future issues. Without further conversation or communication it finally got repaired to its former status. With the comment cost prohibitive. If given the option the residents would have offset costs by investing or contributions. oh well they'll need to get into backyards for future repairs. Other then that, good company, well managed.

  Been a CCEC customer since 1989. Always enjoyed dealing with everyone in the office and in the field. Miss going into the office to pay my bill but, with the Pandemic I now pay online. Their ambitious $60 million Beacon Broadband venture is going to be interesting to watch. With Ziply running Fiber to homes as well, Southern Oregon Internet will likely be very competitive. Consumers will have multiple choices for real Broadband speeds. Sure hope Beacon doesn't turn into another Pegasus Satellite TV flop. - I wish CCEC best of luck.
