Always responsive. Fairest price I’ve found. Had a small job and a quote for a whole basement. Every time they came over they were quick, clean, and used the highest quality stuff. They do the job right for a fair price which has been hard to find lately. Would recommend to anyone.

I contacted Copper Electric about changing how the power was run to some machines I was replacing. Korey came over and looked at it and said they could do the job. I scheduled this job a month out because I had several other trades working on different parts of the project in the same time period. A week out I called to confirm the date and make sure everything was a go. I had a terrible time getting a hold of him. Wouldn't return voicemails or texts. I did eventually get a hold of him and he said it was still a go. The day before he was scheduled to show up I called to say everything was ready. He then proceeded to tell me that he couldn't do the job until the beginning of the next week. I told him that is why I scheduled it way in advance. He proceeded to tell me that was how the scheduling went to bad. I needed the power to those machines for the weekend. I ended up having to find someone else to do the job which cost me extra because it now was an emergency job. Korey never did call back the next week to see if I still needed the job done. Definitely not professional and completely unreliable. If you need an electrician I would try someone else. Response 1. The date of the equipment installation was set a month before the job started and you were aware of it. 2. The Saturday before the week of install I texted you that the equipment installers were going to do the disconnect. 3. The epoxy people were suppose to come on Tuesday and they did. 4. If you would have responded to my phone call on Wednesday you would have know that. 5. The plan from the start was maybe Thursday but definitely Friday and you would have know that we were definitely ready Friday if you answered your phone on Wednesday. 6. I ended up paying $355/hr just for labor for an electrician and his helper. I would consider that emergency pricing. 7. The phone call on Thursday when you said you couldn't do it until the beginning of the next week. It was left at you would still come the next week. You never even bothered to call and I didn't figure it was worth my time to call when you don't answer. 8. Interesting you respond to Google reviews quicker than your phone. Bottom line you didn't want to leave your job in Alpine and you left me high and dry.

Ahh this was a tough one Jared. You weren't sure on many things. If the delivery guys were disconnecting the old washing machines , the date of the epoxy to be installed and dried, the delivery date of the machines changed twice i believe. I also never provided you with a quote. There's no way that you know what the price could have been. As unsure as you were I said it would be a time and material job. With many unsure factors it made scheduling tough. Not to mention I had work in Alpine Wyoming which our texts represent. I do apologize we couldn't be there the morning you called and said hey we are ready to go. You also said you would be calling me back the next week if you couldn't find someone immediately. Fair is fair and you have represented some false information.
