  Corley Electric did electrical work in my home. Before starting, I called and went over the work required with David who gave me a bid of $2,000 for the work that needed to be done. Their electricians came out - 2 of them and worked together. They didn't install the right kind of undercabinet lighting and had wires everywhere and big electrical boxes in the cabinets that looked terrible. They were supposed to wire behind the cabinets so they had to re-do this work twice. They didn't center the light fixture in the kitchen and had to re-wire it and still didn't get it right. Then, to make matters really bad they tried to charge me over $7,000 for the work they had to re-do over and over. They never let me know that the work was going to exceed the bid. They really took advantage of me and I still don't have the work completed correctly. I am extremely dissatisfied with this company.

  We are sorry this customer was dissatisfied with the work performed. Our goal has always been to provide quality work at a fair rate. The estimate given to this customer was given over the phone without seeing the job. The estimate was based on the information this customer provided over a phone call. The estimate was verbal and did not include materials. The amount of work that was needed and the number of changes that were required were greater than the phone description we received on the phone call. After we completed the work the customer reached out to us with some complaints. We performed a walk through and offered to take care of the issues that this customer had with our work at a no charge. We take pride in our work and want to satisfy our customers. The customer did not wish to have us to fix the issues until the bill was adjusted to what the customer considered a fair amount. We reduced the customers bill to try and satisfy the customer. Unfortunately with this reduction we were unable to satisfy this customer. We thank this customer for their business, and we will take the customers review and learn from it proceeding.

  At 6am this morning I had the power to half of my house go out and in trying to find a tripped breaker I had flashes and a sizzling sound coming from my breaker box. I called Corley Electric @ 6:30 am hoping to leave a voicemail to have someone call me when they opened at 7:30. To my pleasant surprise Mr. Corley answered the phone and after I told him what had occurred (and hearing the panic in my voice) he assured me he would be right over. Mr. Corley promptly arrived and repaired my issues. I cannot begin to explain how his professional, prompt, caring for my concerns attitude, made me feel.... IT WAS A GREAT FEELING! Mr. Corley and Corley Electric will always be my go to in the future, for all of my electrical needs, and I will recommend his services to everyone I know. THANK YOU Mr. Corley for making me feel safe to leave for work knowing my house and my fur baby were safe.

  Called for a technician appointment. Was told I would hear from someone that day or maybe the next. After 3 days still haven't heard from anyone. Nor do I anymore. Had another company within hours
