  Absolutely the best service from Branden! He is the only tech who I am comfortable servicing my 28K heating system for Florida Power Yoga! He knows his business. He Does whatever it takes to get the job done snd doesn’t leave until he is sure it’s complete and doing what it is supposed to do. I highly recommend Cornerstone! I love the the owner is a super sharp woman who knows heating, cooling and electrical. If it’s not 90F inside the Sweat Shack with 65% humidity my customers are not happy. Thank you Branden for making so many people happy.

  I’ve used Cornerstone several times in different homes I’ve owned over the last 5 years. I’ve never had any issues with anything they’ve installed, but I did have an issue with workmanship on their tankless water heater and I’m not pleased with what I was told over the phone. I have over 17 years of experience installing equipment on people’s houses and would never do something that would pass an inspection but look like sloppy work. There is a balance between minimum code and neat work that should be maintained by any service technician in any trade. They missed it. My plumbing inspection failed because the drain pipe on the tankless heater was not strapped to the wall and was only 1/2 inch above the concrete floor of my garage. The inspector requested the pipe be at least 2 inches above the concrete and at minimum, the end of the pipe strapped to the wall. They did send a technician to fix the deficiencies, but instead of cutting out an inch from the existing pipe, he chose to completely replace the pipe and ran it down the center of a 3 foot wall in the garage. It came off the water heater at a 45 degree angle and dropped about 2 feet before it met the wall. (It was run down the corner before.) when I called to ask if it could be replaced the response I was given was “Well, it will pass inspection the way it is, but we’ll send someone to move it for you.” I have no complaints about the work done by the electricians. They showed more pride in their work than one of their plumbers. Only 4 stars for the attitude I got from their office. (I think his name was Nathan) Added a photo for reference. Blue line in the corner is the original path, red line is their “fix” for the inspection. It would fail again because the end of the pipe isn’t 2 inches above the floor, but the inspector isn’t coming back out.

  Cornerstone is awesome. Our technician was Jeremiah and he was professional, knowledgeable, and most of all fixed the problem. Prices were reasonable, way better than I expected. He was really helpful with other services we needed and got us estimates for that as well. Cornerstone texts you with information pertaining to your visit as well. Nice touch. Will definitely use them again, in fact we have a second repair scheduled for the end of the week. Highly recommend.
