  We had an issue on Thanksgiving Day, 2016, in a rental house on Holden Beach. Mr. Cotton answered the property manager's call and dispatched Felix Locklear. Turns out it was a dangerous situation with the main breaker for the home's panel. Mr. Locklear fixed it in short order, yet took the time to (graciously and professionally) explain what he was doing and answer our questions. Saved our Thanksgiving, and perhaps our lives!

  I've called them kinds electric many times when they did call me back it was five months later they never get back in touch with you they said they come by one weekend and never showed upsense and I waited for another phone call for about 2 weeks now I guess they don't like that customers as much as I thought
