  I found myself in a tight situation - I was in the middle of a kitchen installation, when they found that the outlet for the microwave was no longer in a good position (it was right where two cabinets were supposed to meet up). Of course this had to happen on a holiday week, and was a problem that couldn't wait for a week or two to be remedied. I called a dozen shops - only 4 even bothered to call me back. Jennifer (from Cox) let me know that she didn't have anyone free until the next day - not the best, but I wasn't going to say no! As we chatted a bit, she asked if she could call me back - no problem. Next thing I know, she's found one of the crew is in a position to come by my place that afternoon! She was/is my hero! The 2 man crew showed up right about when promised and quickly set to work fixing the problem and also addressing 2 other kitchen outlet issues that could have waited, but they saw no reason not to fix them too. The electrician and his apprentice were both professional and quick to jump on the fix! I have a few other electrical fixes I've been procrastinating - but now I have full confidence in who I'll be using from now on!

  I ended up not using this company. Tried to reach out multiple times to clarify on some work. I would say about 6 attempts made in total and never heard back. This lack of professionalism poor response time and communication likely translates to their work and even worse to any issues after their work. It seems like it would be a pain to get something resolved. Had much better communication from competitors.

  Cory and the crew always do a great job. I've had them wire a water heater at my rental as well as wiring at my new home. I had a difficult situation with a surround sound and his crew did a phenomenal job at running all the lines without having to cut the house all up. I highly recommend his company if you're needing something done. Keep up the great job.
