  Nelson and his crew did a great job pouring a new driveway for us! They were always here as promised, and although working around weather and concrete truck driver delays, were finished in a very reasonable amount of time. They did minimal lawn damage, and they backfilled and seeded. We already have a lot of grass coming back. The clean up was also spot on. Nelson called to follow up to make sure that we are happy, which is so rare these days, and is appreciated. We will use Cox for other projects at our house! (Dark spots in pics are water, still wet from watering grass seed!)

  Cox built a deck, patio, and french drain. In the beginning the service seemed just fine, but as time went on and they got behind schedule the quality of their work began to show...It was poor. Nelson did not appreciate the fact we pulled a permit for the deck after they began work. After doing so I asked that he make changes to the footers as his original plan was not to code. The cuts they made for the deck were all free-hand and the quality of the cuts now shows...poor. The deck hand rails/posts are not straight and loose. Worst of all is the crack in our patio. The cracks showed within a few days of the patio being poured. 5 days passed before any control joints were cut and the cracks were already present. They did not make any effort to not destroy existing landscaping and left it a complete mess. The irrigation required nearly $1,000 of repairs as a result of their damage. If you care about quality of work DO NOT hire Cox. Now weeks late holes are appearing all over the patio. DO NOT hire Cox Home Repairs.

  Mr watts. We have tried numerous times to address any concerns you may have had regarding your project. We replaced countless boards,and countless post all because they did meet your liking all at the cost of cox. We worked with and even had the rep of the concrete company come out to your residence. We did a French drain only because you stated you were going to have all of your lawn and sprinkler system redone,and you stated and stood there while we installed the drain with no concern.then we helped your sprinkler guy with the repairs.As for the the patio cracking it's shrinkage cracks not structural cracks as the rep told you. I the owner of cox gave you a three thousand dollar discount do to the shrinkage ,and then you tried strong arming us for 7 thousand dollars more. We tried be fare and honest and we did quality work for you. Sorry you are going through hard times ,but please stop trying to tarnish the reputation of a great business.

  We were so impressed with Cox home repair. They were very professional and on time. Good customer service is very important to me and is harder to find now days, so when you find excellent customer service and excellent quality it's pretty amazing. That is what we found with Cox Home Repair. We began building our first house 9 months ago. We went with a builder because at the time we were out of state. Well we just had such a hard time with the builder. His communication was so poor and his subs were either never there on time, or charged different prices than they said initially. We could never get any information and even communication between the builder and the subs was horrible .We moved back to the area 4 months after we started the build. We were told 4-6 months to finish our house (turn key) well 9 months later we were not even close to being finished. Being back in town now we were making occasional visits to the site. The subs left our property extremely trashed after each project including beer cans and hot shot bottles. At this point We were getting pretty frustrated. We fired our builder and started to search for our own subs. That's where we found Cox home repair. What a breath of fresh air. ( I had chalked the poor communication of our builder and his subs, and the mess of trash left in their wake as "I guess these are just construction guys?" I personally found it unprofessional but I am not in construction so at first we just cleaned up after them and kept quiet for the most part.) The owner of Cox was in constant communication with me. He sent photos of the daily progress and called to let me know the time line. He also gave us some advice on the deck (that was done by the subs) to fix a pretty big mistake that could cause injury or worse if the deck was to fall from not being properly anchored to the house.) I was so impressed that he would help us with something that we were not paying him for. He really cares about what he does. He and his crew cleaned up their mess and we have a great large concrete porch to sit on and enjoy the sun set. Their work is stellar and they were extremely professional and helpful. Their price is great for the quality of work they provide. I cannot say enough about them. I would highly recommend them for your home repairs or new home needs. Thank you Cox.
