  On November 22, 2021 IU called to try to get service on my general generator in Espyville, PA. Jenn, the lady ain the office must have been busy because a gentleman answered the phone from the shop area. He assured me he would let Jenn know I needed service. Apparently he didn't because when I called today(November29, 2021) she knew nothing of it and told me that the repairmen were in Philadelphia getting re-certified and that they would be there for a week. Hence, no chance of getting to it. Meanwhile, I tried to have Cox and Kanyuck install a mobile link monitoring system this past summer and they were unable to accommodate me because they had no mobile link devices. I was able to have one installed by another company from Ohio. Nevertheless, I wanted to try to stay with a business close by and so I called Cox and Canyuck. During my discussion with Jenn this morning, after discovering she knew nothing about my inoperable generator, I said that I couldn't have unreliability because I live in Florida during the winter and am completely at the mercy of the generator company and if she wanted me to contact another company I certainly would. She obviously took offense and stated that since we got off on the wrong foot and I was "threatening" we shouldn't go any further. This is the most ludicrous approach I have ever heard. I never raised my voice, never threatened one solitary thing, never was rude never offered any comments about their service other than I couldn't just accept waiting another week. In addition to telling me absolutely no one was available this week, she made sure to tell me "we're very good at what we do" and they "were very busy" "we have over 700 generators and only two guys". Here's my response........ If you can't handle the heat, get out of the kitchen. I'm absolutely disgusted with her "threatening accusation" it's unequivocal B.S. Stay away from this company folks. They might be good at what they do (as per Jenn's opinion) but their customer service in scheduling sucks.

  I hired Cox & Kanyuck Electricians to take care of some lighting and electrical repairs on my mother's property. Glenn Wright and his crew were very responsive, courteous, professional and helpful in helping us get all of her electrical needs repaired and updated. In a job this size something was bound to glitch, but they were right on things to straighten out the problems and went above and beyond to make us happy with their service. Great work ethic!

  In the middle of winter, my house was freezing because two of my electrical heaters weren’t working. Asked around for recommendation and Cox and Kanyuck kept coming up. Glenn their residential manager came out the same day and was able to take a part from one unit and put it on another to get it up and running. After ordering the part he had the other running a few days later. Thanks, Glen for getting our heater working in the middle of winter.
