  I called to leave a message about my electrical issues and was told to call another number in order to do so. I called that number and left a message. The guy on the voicemmail stated that someone would call me back within a few minutes. No one ever even returned my call. Very unprofessional!

  I’m the guy, sorry but I never received a voicemail message. The 2 nd number goes directly to a cell phone that I usually carry. I always return calls on this cellphone voicemail within a few minutes. Possibly Verizon issue? I can’t say for sure, but why would I ignore a possible customer?
