  CR Electric came into our home to install new outlets into our living room where we only had one. I wish I could remember his name. Our electrician was on time and he did a great job considering that he was alone and the obstacles in his way. He kept us informed when it came to the job. We would recommend CR Electric again in the future.

  The electrician Marco came to the house 20 minutes late. He didn't apologize. He went to and from his truck (6)+ times on the phone the entire time. He stood by the door didn't knock. All on video surveillance. He came in and knew he was supposed to demo an old BX, install new gage wiring, new switch and chandelier. He spent 45 minutes of observing, before he concluded that this was a 8 hour job. He was alotted 5 hours and left. The owner wife Heidi was phoned and she was soo rude, hostile, ignorant and told me that I cancelled, when in fact I did not. The electrician Marco was unprofessional, and lied. Additionally, he appeared to have no experience in installation of new wiring and had a difficult time understanding something already explained before he came. This company owner should watch his electricians and actually come over to see what kind of staff he is working with, dishonest, rude and hostile. When I wrote to reschedule no reply. I phoned to get some one else to do the work the owner wife Heidi rudeness was horrible and she hung up and claimed that I cancelled! This type of business is poor, and unprofessional. As well as waisted 30+ days of my time. I would not recommend this small minded business to anyone else. You can not be rude and unprofessional and expect to get customers. Also, Marco is dishonest and we have audio on our surveillance cameras too so had the rude owner wife listened she would have understood that she has a dishonest electrician working for the mom and pop operation. Don't higher an inexperienced company, CR Electric unless you want to be treated with disrespect!

  This company is fantastic and is highly recommended. We hired CR to do recessed light installations in our kitchen, living room, upstairs hallway, and bathroom. Steve and Scott arrived on-time, took time to explain exactly what they were going to do, asked for our input, and performed the work carefully and neatly. It turned out great and with minimal drywall repair required. Thanks CR for the great start to our remodeling project!
