  The owner is exceptionally rude and confrontational. When asked to address a simple lamp repair question he became short and insulting. He is retired and suffers from poor health so perhaps that has contributed to his unreasonable emotional reactions. Regardless, behavior that verges on belligerence without justification is highly unprofessional and doesn't invite positive endorsements or repeat customers. Avoid the place!.

  This review has nothing to do with their service and EVERYTHING to do with their lack of humanity. Yesterday’s blizzard caused a 2.5 hour delay in buses running southbound on Nicollet Avenue. A woman poorly dressed for the weather conditions with a moderate intellectual disability, was refused entry into Cramer Electric to briefly get relief from the cold. The bus stop is located right in front of this establishment. A man with glasses and a grey balding head, watched this woman shiver in front of his store for over 2.5 hours. Please do not patronize this business. It is clear that they lack moral values, and this will undoubtedly manifest itself in their quality of work.

  Had Cramer in to do some minor electric work on our home. They came on time, did the work quickly and cleaned up after. All in all, a good experience - and a reasonable price. New post. We had them in to do more extensive work. On time, and I was pleased with the price for the amount of work they did for us.
