We're under contract to buy a lakeside 'camp' in upstate NY and hired the Crane company (Mark himself) to do a septic system inspection for us. Mark did a very thorough job, and spent an entire afternoon testing and examining the system. He was a pleasure to speak with, and was generous with his time, taking the time needed to understand our needs in detail and relay in depth findings. I will happily work with Mark and Crane Co. again!

Unbelievable customer service. I had septic back up and they stayed late to fix our issues. Top notch service. Worth every penny I paid. I will never call another company again and will recommend their services to all!
