  Creative Electric came to replace a nonworking light switch. Next day, it caused a short circuit and burned out one of my breakers. Maybe it was installed wrong, but I never got to find out since Creative Electric didn’t called me back to set up another time for them to come out and troubleshoot. Sad that they did not even give me the courtesy of a response to let me know that I should look for another electrician. I left numerous voice message and even drove by their house on 211 Cobblestone, only to find out that they had sold that house and don’t even live there any longer, despite that they still use this as their business address on their website. I am deeply disappointed with Creative Electric and can only hope that others don’t have to make the same experience that I had. Creative Electric apparently never received my messages but did respond to my internet remark immediately and came out to fix the problem. Mike came the next morning. One of the hot wire touched another hot wire (?) which caused the burn out of the circuit breaker. I am glad it did not cause a larger electrical fire... In any event, it got fixed and I can now use my electricity again. Thank you Mike again for fixing the problem.

  Mike and Lisa were great to work with, very responsive, friendly and professional. The electric panel in our new home was working but installed in the wrong place (outside) and Mike helped us come up with a solution, moved and reinstalled the panel for a fair price, and dealt with a couple other unexpected problems that popped up in the process, all in a day and a half. Now we have peace of mind knowing that everything in our house is wired properly. We would definitely work with Creative Electric again.

  We hired Creative Electric to change all of the light fixtures and outlets and switches in a home we just purchased. Mike and his team moved at a quick pace to get everything installed. He took the time to make sure everything was safe and in working order. I found Mike and Lisa to be responsive, kind, and fun to work with! I am already planning my next job with them!
