  No call no show waited 6hrs called 4 times during this time receptionist stated the repair truck was on the way each time. No one ever showed up. Scheduled a second time. They did a same day cancellation. 3rd time I got stuck at work called for a same day cancellation like they had just done to me. Then received a bill for this cancellation. Through this process staff where incredibly rude.

  1 May 2013 Dear Perspective PV System Buyers, I had been thinking of installing a photovoltaic system for a long time. I researched many of the top companies in Honolulu regarding panels, inverters, frames and price. Part of my research included word of mouth recommendations. My neighbor recently installed a PV System. He is one of the big bosses at Hawaiian Electric. He is a very wise man and I value his opinion. He told me that many of his peers at H.E.I. highly recommended Creative Energy, LLC. And, since installing his PV System, he too recommended them. I gave them a call the next day. I spoke with Nikki, the office manager. She was very gregarious and at the same time had great product knowledge to help me in my decisions for a system. I told her what I wanted and that I needed it by the end of the year. Over a few phone calls and emails, we came up with a plan for my system. Nikki was very organized and it was easy to schedule dates for installation. Within a few days, the Boss/Owner, came by to physically climb up and check out my roof. We discussed possible configurations. After a few minutes of speaking with Rob, I knew I could trust him with the large investment for my home. Many things could have gone wrong, but none did. It was installed on-time – tax credit! It was installed very efficiently by professionals that were very courteous and respectful of my family. Most importantly, it has been four months and the system has performed flawlessly – FREE ELECTRICITY! I highly recommend CREATIVE ENERGY, LLC for your photovoltaic system needs over any other company out there for superior service, product, installation, and price.   I called twice to schedule an appt. They said they would call back and never did. Such rudeness, twice, will mean I never use them.
