  I went on 4/1/2019 to get some lights for an addition the guy that helped me was very nice and recommended me some lights that at the end did not fit the space for our I joists so I had to bring them back. The guy that took them back was not helpful, I explained to him the situation with the I-joist and he just refunded the money and did not give me another option for a different kind of canister lights that would fit in the space that I told him. I asked a simple question about what distance they recommend to have that kind of lighting and he just said to consult an electrician. He made me feel uncomfortable to be there like I wasn’t welcome there so I just left.

  I've had the privilege to work with Crescent Electric, particularly Marty, Vicki, and Jeaneen. I'm not necessarily a typical customer, but rather a vendor with PigeonShip delivery. We help with their deliveries. They are kind and courteous to their vendors, which says a lot.

  Cameron, Ryan, Riley, Wade, Rick & the warehouse guys are amazing with great customer service! There is another guy there that works upstairs but I don't know how his service is...? Go Crescent Team!
