Was lied to by contractor told yes I have a device to find power in a wall, shows up saying there is no device. Which there is. Had to cut into wall to find power only to find there wasn't any. Leaving painstaking mud and spackle work in multiple rooms. Left masses in every room he touched. Multiple items discussed were left off estimate, which I missed when I hired him. Removed my dishwasher after I told him not to and didn't even secure it back in place, it nearly fell on me. Forgot things to do that were on estimate and had to return a second time. I regret ever letting him touch my house!

It is not fair to blame us for us checking if there was power or not on your island when whoever remodeled your house should of pulled the proper permits and got inspections. If they did that we would not of opened the Drywall to check. We told you we would look into a device not that we had one you must of misunderstood us.We were only hired to do a few small things we finished in 1 day. Tech forgot a faceplate because he worked until night, it was super dark by the time he left. He went back very next day and it took him 1 minute to do. We are not going to respond to every accusation, you are entitled to your opinion but we disagree. Just good luck with your house. Thank you.

My mother was referred to this electrician. The service call was $75, that’s fair. He connected a neutral to a grounded case, approximately 5 minutes for him to take a wire that was installed by her partner as a temporary fix and make the outlet usable again. Aside from that, he estimated rewiring her home (1,385 sq ft) at $12,000. This is outrageously overpriced, but it’s an estimate. That would have been fine but that $75 service call, turned into $225 service call. He took 5 minutes and grossly over charged a senior citizen. That’s not acceptable to me. Next time, if it’s not your service area just say so, whatever the reasoning for the price gouge, just don’t. That’s not good business, it’s shady.

Hello Ajulia, No Licensed Electrical Contractor is going to charge $75 to Drive to your house spend over a hour there and fix and look at several things. Ask her and she will confirm this. I understand it’s upsetting to hear your electric is outdated and needs upgrading, but we cannot fabricate any major issues just because someone is elderly. If you all are looking for false sense of security, we are the wrong company.Your mothers home needs all new electric. New piping, new wire, new devices, GFCI’s where required, new service. In a lot of parts of this home there are code violations or ungrounded electrical and safety/fire hazards. The only way to fix it is open the walls and replace everything. It’s not just wire it’s alot more to it. We explained this to your Mother and even sent a Estimate detailing everything, thank you.
