  From start to finish, my dealings with Malachi Hinton was smooth and very professional. He wasn’t pushy, but was very attentive. He answered all my questions and went through all my available options. He kept me updated on the status of my order and was very helpful the entire process. This was our first purchase with Crossroads Ford and we have already made a second one. I would highly recommend them.

  We had the pleasure of working with Malachi and he was wonderful! He didn't pressure me into buying a car I couldn't afford like other dealerships were doing. He was upfront with me and told me with my budget how expensive of a car I should be looking at. Once I found something I loved, he did everything to make sure it was perfect before I picked it up. Everyone else we dealt with while there was also super friendly. Next time I need a new vehicle, I am going straight to Crossroads and no where else!

  My one and only service experience with Cross Roads Ford was excellent. I had an appointment for a recall notice on my Edge. However, there were two other issues that I was experiencing and asked, if they had time, would they be able to give me some guidance as to what do since I had to travel out of state soon. Dropped my vehicle off at 10:00 and it was ready the next day at 11:00, and that short period of time included them ordering parts! All three issues were corrected and I was confidently on my way. Many thanks to Shirley in the service department for her help and also to whoever actually serviced my car. Professional and pleasant experience from beginning to end!!
