  My neighbor who is not home has a tree down and the power lines are in the road. The kids are jumping them on their bikes like its a game of the floor is lava. Tried like heck to get a live person on the phone to fix this. No luck cant get nothing but dead ends on an automated network. If someone knows how to get ahold of them they better hurry before Morgan & Morgan takes over and all our electric bills go up. Its Timberlake In HVegas. Better hurry....sad really

  We have had alot of problems with our internet since we had it installed, they have done fixes but the speeds keep dropping, very unhappy ,

  after the very strong winds on March 6th a Transformer blew and knocked out a few bedrooms electricity but a crew came quickly and although the ground was saturated and and they had a little trouble getting to the Transformer they got it fixed quickly thank you
