  My internet provider has given me fast speed, reliable internet. They've given exceptional customer service as well. Took two weeks to get the entire process done but it's expected with installing internet in a newly built home. I'm happy to have them as my internet provider. I enjoy having electric and internet on one bill because it makes it a lot easier to pay. No unexpected fees or bills. Appreciate the fast installation. Haven't experienced any outages or any problems. Thank you!

  No words for this company. In December I lost my wallet and CEMC was one of the companies tied to my cards. Obvious it was late because on the autopay I just don't pay attention. It comes out. Well this was late, I pad the bill plus the late fee. I reset up autopay. Guess what auto pay doesn't come out. Even though on the bill it specifically states that autopay is in affect and do not pay. SO they charge me the late fee again. When I called, they were super nice, but would not waive the late fee, Granted it's only $8, but it's the principle. They said I electronically signed a waiver saying the auto pay wasn't coming out until next bill. I don't remember that. She had the power to waive and chose not to, because they already said I had a late fee. True, but I paid that late fee and it wasn't waived. I would just be very very careful, I am sure this is a major way they get a lot of revenue with number of military that move in and out of here and the number of people moving to this state. This is not customer service.

  Power flickers on and off at random. when there is a power outage plan on being without power all day, they are in no hurry to fix it.
