  They always fix power in a timely manner, sometimes it's taken forever. But for the most part they do really great. Plus we don't pay $1000.00 dollar electric bills like some aep customers I know. Our bills stay relatively low and at a manageable price. The staff have always been nice when I call or go in. Thanks for the service CVE.

  My son went to the RECC office on a Monday to have the electricity turned on at the location he was moving to the next week. He paid the premium and costs to turn on service and was told it would be turned on within 24 hours. On moving day the following Saturday, low and behold, the electricity had not been turned on. Poor service.
