  Ryan did an outstanding job!!! We were so pleased with his work & affordable too!! He was also very polite & professional. We spent HOURS trying to figure out the problem with a couple outlets & light switches, Ryan arrived and figured out the issue in less than 5 minutes. He did such a great job that we hired him again to fix a few things at my grandfathers condo. I highly recommend this company!!!

  I hired Kenneth Samuels ( who is an acquaintance of mine) back in late December 2020 to order and install a generator. On Friday, Jan 1, 7:39am I received a text confirmation stating that the generator was ordered. I originally was told the generator would be delivered in 3 months, then it was 6 months. The generator wasn't ready to ship until August (8 months). After being given multiple delivery dates. I was told the company does not have drivers to deliver the generator. So at that point I decided to cancel my order and demand a full refund $7,000. Ken tried to mention that the company would charge a 20% restocking fee, which I didn't understand because they were unable to deliver the generator that's why I canceled. So to speed up the story, on September 20th 2021 Ken confirmed that the check was mailed out. The check went from being mailed out, to being in his office, to being deposited, to him writing me a check, to him now saying he will Zelle me the money! THE DATE IS NOW OCTOBER 26TH AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY DEPOSIT! I am an investor and have been dealing with many different contractors for the past 10 years. This has absolutely been the WORST experience ever!! You can blame the pandemic and covid for delays and late deliveries! But there is never an excuse for NOT doing the right thing!
