  During a recent snow / ice event here in West Plains the furnace in my rental went out over the weekend. I called on Saturday, left an emergency message as directed. NO CALLBACK A friend got it somewhat going that Sunday, but it went out again on Thursday. Like a fool, I called Current again and left an emergency message as directed. NO CALL BACK. I called Friday morning and was told the repairman had the work order and would be out that day. HE NEVER SHOWED UP. Finally Sunday I called COULTERS out of Willow Springs at 7:30AM, they had a repairman out within 2 hours! The furnace was fixed and the price was very reasonable. The temps during this time were as low as minus 0. So, no I won’t be calling Current again.

  Sandra, I am very sorry for this experience, we do not normally conduct business this way. With the extreme cold and bad driving conditions, our technicians were doing all they could to get to everyone. However, that is no excuse, and we will do all we can to make sure this doesn't happen again. I am glad you were able to get it taken care of, and I sincerely apologize.   My new unit quit working on the coldest nite (sat 10:45pm) and I called to get help and no answer on there after hrs number
