This company has no idea what they’re doing. They’re staffed with “do what the book says” as opposed to real tech knowledge. As an IT professional, I’d recommend using caution with this. On a side note, I did work with one person that worked hard to get things fixed…

National brands with thousands of sites expect each site to be done consistently and to their standards.
