I was having issues with my upstairs HVAC not cooling properly. I called 5 minutes before they opened and had someone answer the phone. I explained my problem and they stated they would call me back in a few minutes after checking the schedule for the day (temperatures expected to be high 90’s). Within 30 minutes they called back and stated they had a technician working nearby and they could fit me in that morning. Within an hour the technician Pete was at my house, diagnosed and fixed the problem. From the call taker to the technician, both were highly professional and the amount billed was fair. Very professional and on time. Figured out a 3 month problem with my A/C Unit in less than 30 minutes. I will definitely be contacting them again, if ever needed.

Not professional at all. When they know there is a issue at the place, they should have stayed and fixed it and not waited for us to test it out for few hours and even after waiting for few hours, they do not check in with you to see if things are functioning. They need to realize that this business that they are in, cannot just work in weekdays, they are working with the businesses that run in the weekends too. If they cannot fix something on Thursday or Friday, then we have to wait for them to respond to our voicemail on Monday. One thing I would recommend the business owner of this company is to STOP taking orders from local businesses that are open 7 days a week because you are not able to provide the service to your full capability. I was very disappointed with the service.

We did not feel like we could just sit for hours to give the system time to cool down.. we had other emergencies call to attend to. We expected you to call us to let us know if it wasn't working. We do provide weekend calls if the customer wants to pay the weekend charges. Our customer is the owner of the property and that is who we have to have approval from not the tenant.
