The owner, Bob, is extremely knowledgable, honest, trustworthy and you know that he will take good care of you because of the pride he puts in his business.  Whether you need a new phone system for your business or a repair, Custom Communications have you covered.  I wouldn't use anyone else!

Most  business owners trade time and services for money.  As a doctor office our phone is the life line of our business.  Patients call make appointments and refer other based on their  communication with the front desk.  Bob  MacDonald insures that the patients who are often elderly can hear clearly and understand what our scheduling supervisor is saying.

There is nothing worse than static or poor connections and hearing "can you hear me now".

Also, intra- office communication saves time and prevents mistakes. Custom Communications streamlines the flow of information to everyone involved with patient care. (I have considered a head set for all the staff but have been afraid we will all look like "airport traffic control".)

Lastly: The scheduling supervisor was "chained to the front desk" before Bob provided a hands free phone set. Now she can pull files walk around the office, and give personally escort patients to the treatment rooms without losing touch with incoming calls.

Once Bob gave demonstration of video conferencing to 80 members in a business meeting in Bradenton Florida while he was on vacation with his family out of state.  It was unbelievable experience.  We all felt we were on vacation with him.
