The man (I didn’t catch his name) who did all the work was fantastic. Except for a missed piece of wire or two, my kitchen was spotless when I came home from work. He took my drawing and turned it into a masterpiece. I would recommend Custom Electric to anyone needing electrical work done inside or outside their home.

We just bought a new house with a bunch of electrical issues. Called them to do some work on our house a few months back. Tech came out to look at the job. Changed out a few receptacles, went out to get something from his van. Never saw or heard from them again. I'm guessing it was more work then they could handle. Could of told us that instead of running off the job like that without saying a word. Gave them 2 stars because he never did send us a bill for the work he did do.

I also see an invoice to you that has not been paid. When something like this happens it usually means that we have incorrect contact information. I will talk to the tech in the morning and get to the bottom of this issue! I want to be sure we make this right on our end if we did something wrong. We take a lot of pride in how we serve the community and our customers, and we want everyone to have a positive experience.
