  D&D is fabulous. Jordan is beyond helpful. It doesn’t matter if you have what would be considered a “small job,” she treats you with respect and works hard to make sure you are taken care of. The whole process from Josh giving us a bid to our final payment went smoothly. We had Drew and his team working on our 1950s house. An old home is always an adventure, but they were great. Drew took the time to make sure they did what we needed and what we wanted. He took the time to come back after the job was finished and answer a few of our questions. We have had many contractors over the years, and we were lucky to find D&D. They have done all our electrical for 5 years.

  We had an issue with a ceiling fan remote not working. Their crew traced down and fixed the problem quickly; installed another ceiling fan and replaced an outlet. They were honest & quick, didn't leave a mess, knowledgeable and friendly. I would hire them again for any electrical work I needed without hesitation.

  We called D&D because of an emergency (faulty breaker panel that melted and smoldered) on July 4 weekend. Trevor came to our house immediately! He not only safely restored our power, but he and the other very polite, knowledgeable young men replaced our panel, rewired faulty outlets and re-configured an issue with our wiring that we've had since we purchased our home. Other electricians simply didn't fix it or didn't even show up for the job. D&D did a great job. The other wonderful thing about D&D is their billing. Our emergency charges were clearly written up and explained to us. Any questions we had about the billing, labor, or parts (and we had a LOT about all of our issues) were answered promptly, patiently, and clearly. The non emergency work that was completed was priced out and decided upon before anyone even set foot in our home. This is great! There were no hidden charges, no surprises, and no problems. The guys solved our wiring issues for the price we agreed upon. D&D is very professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you Jordan, Trevor, and crew for helping us!
