    Customer Service rep was very rude and kept transferring me to the man on site who messed up my wall whom was also extremely rude. Demanded money but put a big gash in my wall. When I told them I would pay them after they fixed what they messed up, they continued to tell me they needed their payment. The guy who initially did the work lied and said it was a small hole in my wall. He offered me a small amount off when I asked to speak to his supervisor, he left. I refuse to pay for extremely bad work. They had another contractor come out to fix the gash, the man who fixed it did very well and was extremely apologetic.. I wish I could have paid him! I am willing to pay for the work because it was fixed but this company really needs training overall. They said they only accept cash or check. I told them I would mail a check to them or they can come pick up the check when I am off work because of my military duty I can not take anymore days off. It’s been one full day and I have not heard anything back from this company. Very unprofessional, and rude people working for this company.

    I buy Duke energy insurance for water heater and the Duke energy sent my info to Dallas plumbing to repair for water heater. They called, asked my info about the water heater and schedule to replace it. When the team come they put on the heater, they called and asked me( im at work my sister in law at home) if they can leave the old water heater up in the attic, but I told them " can you try to bring the old water heater down because I don't think in the attic can hold two of the water heater, finally they did. But when I come home and check on the water heater, the Dallas team put in the water heater 30gal instead of 50gal ( our house has 50 gal water heater). I called them the next morning and the lady told me that her team said they put in the 40 gal. I lucky did take the picture of my old and new( the one they just put in) and sent it to them. Finally they say they will put in 50 gal water heater for me next week. and next week they come 4 in the after noon instead of 9 am appointment. The team come and put on the 50gal water heater for me, after that I test the heat of the water but its not hot. I asked the team and they said I had to wait for 45 mins. I wait until 2 hour and the water still not hot. So I have to go upstair and take a look at the water heater, I find out they did not turn the switch on, the gas is not on. Im so frustrated with this company i wish I didn't buy the insurance with Duke energy because everything is the mess with this company. If I can give them 0 star I will.
