  The short review is Dustin is highly skilled, communicative, reliable, reasonably priced, determined (in dealing with unusual situations) and an incredibly nice guy. I don't often dole out 5 star reviews, but do so here without hesitation. The longer story is we bought a home this spring, after having a ski condo in the area for 30+ years, that requires substantial work. Dustin handled the routine work (upgrading switches, installing new LED lights, installing new bathroom fans, demo-ing an old home security system) with facility - working efficiently and neatly, and making suggestions for changes that we appreciated. But the biggest issue we faced were two 1990 furnaces where the thermostats and utility room control panels were not functioning. I had the heating company spend about 5 hours trying to correct the issue but they finally gave up in view of the rats nest of low voltage wiring that supported the heat, AC and a long defunct humidifying system. They said "you need a good electrician." The couple of local electricians I knew were totally booked up, and a web search turned up Dustin/Danda Electric (a nice and informative website with Dustin's background). Dustin returned my call within 24 hours and made time to come by. He acknowledged the issue of dealing with my legacy system but said "he'd figure it out." I know he did a bunch of research, and ultimately found an upgraded (and inexpensive) replacement control panel, figured out the rats nest of wiring, installed new Nest thermostats and even helped me troubleshoot an AC compressor that wasn't working. All is now working great - things were done in a timely way - and Dustin was always polite and courteous. We have some additional work next spring, and we're hoping to have Dustin back!

  We had a faulty main breaker. Dustin checked on our house several times to insure the heat was on while the replacement piece shipped. He was prompt and easy to work with. His phone # is saved on my Vt contact list and will use him again should I need an electrician

  Danda Electric provided an excellent consultation, a detailed estimate, and a thorough and professional installation (i.e. clean and respectful) of interior and exterior power, lighting, an on-demand water heater, and panel upgrades. While I selected and provided the equipment and fixtures, their recommendations helped me right-size my system (saved me added cost). I provided minor demo and trenching to enable their work and was happy to see they left it better than they found it. Friendly and timely professionals, quality workmanship, and understanding of owner-as-GC... I definitely recommend Danda Electric and I already have them scheduled for future work.
