  I highly recommend Dave Brooks Electric, INC! Great service and great team. You can count on them to do a great job, be respectful of your property, answer all your questions, and just be nice to work with. They just installed my new generator and made the process really simple.

  The guys who preformed the work were great. Showed up on time and did quality work. Sadly, they would not take a check and instead told me to expect a bill. The secretary was awful. I didn’t get a bill (They say they sent one, which may be true. The mail is spotty lately), so didn’t send payment. I received a text and call at 6 pm one day about the bill, and planned to call back when businesses open at 9 am the next day. But by 8:30 am they had threatened debt collection. Then they blamed ME for not calling to ask about the bill, even though I had tried to pay at the time of service and was told to WAIT for a bill. Unbelievably bad interaction.

  They were awesome!! Very professional, clean and quickly did there job. Anyone needing electric work Dave Brooks electric is the only one I will ever use.
