  Used Google reviews to call Dave to get a quote for new home construction temporary and permanent installation for home being built in 2022. Talked to Dave on the phone and asked him if he does new construction and would be willing to provide quote for temporary and permanent install. He asked who General Contractor (GC) would be and I said my husband and I are our own GC. Surprisingly he said "yeah I won't provide a quote this far out because price of material changes so much". I stated thanks but I don't think I will call back because I was just getting a rough idea on costs. Found it surprising that as soon as I said we are the GC his tune changed. I have been getting quotes from the trades since starting this process and all under the understanding that "yes" prices of supplies change so when we finally pull the trigger the quote could change for supplies but not for time. Will not be calling back.

  I had a nice amount of work done by Dave and Sam a few years back, and they did a tremendous job upgrading my panel and running all the electric to my kitchen DIY project. I only fully realized how good of a job they did when I had to add a few breakers to my panel for a different project I'm working on. Once I took off the front of my breaker box, I was blown away by how neat and organized all those wires were, it was like a work of art and something that only a very skilled professional could do. Dave and Sam are very experienced and capable and I would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants to get the job done right.

  Dave came out to take a look at what it would take to install a new bathroom vent and ceiling fan. His son, Sam, and co-worker Max, quickly came over to my house to provide a detailed breakdown of what it would take to install the new bathroom vent and ceiling fan (and even gave me the bathroom vent model to purchase!) I was quickly scheduled the following week to get the new ceiling fan and bathroom vent I had purchased installed. Sam and Max did quick and efficient work for a very good price. Would highly recommend!!
