Great service and company to work with. I would recommend them to anyone. They replaced an entire fireplace system for us. The installers were friendly and informative.

One of the most unprofessional company's I've had the displeasure of dealing with. I was the one who had to do the leg work to actually get them to accept the job they quoted me on. I had to call the company back multiple times to get the appointment set up after they took half the cost for the job upfront. It was a constant game of the run around. The company has extremely poor communication and they don't work together to offer even a remotely reasonable experience for having work done through them. The day the contractors were supposed to come out 54 minutes before the job was due to start I got a phone call saying they would be a couple hours late. That alone is bad management and poor quality service. But even after the couple hours went buy no one showed up. They didn't show up until over 4 hours after they were due to be there. This caused the workers to stay past 5pm to complete the job they full well knew about and the time needed to complete. My wife's entire day was held up because of there inability to show up on time and complete the job in a timely manner. I called into David whites services and just got a slew of excuse from a lady who is apparently in charge. She said she appreciated my feedback but basically due to contracting reasons nothing will change. They quoted me to replace my ac unit at over 4800 dollars which I was going to do in the spring but I will certainly find another company to do that. I even explained to her that due to there poor management there loosing that job and me as a customer. She seemed to dismiss it and not care. And I began to explain that I don't know how a business can treat people they way they do and she straight up hung up on me. I never cussed or raised my voice and I kept it completely professional. Please seek other hvac company's out first before going with this company. I wouldn't recommend them for anything with there disrespect for the Customer and tardiness with endless bottomless excuses. First of all the installment was done very well, and in a timely manner last year. The first maintenance was recently done by Jonathan. He was wearing mask and gloves, and shoe covers which we appreciated very much. He found a leak and fixed it. We were very happy with his work and his kind and professional attitude.
