  I had called to have an electrician come out to install two outlets. When scheduling the call, I was told the price was $65/hr. There were two electricians who showed up (seeming to be one master electrician and an apprentice) and were there for approximately 3 hours (a little less). When receiving the bill, I was billed for $130 an hour. After discussing this with the office, I was told it was $65/hr per electrician. While I understand the logic, I am leaving a 2-star review because of the unclear and deceptive billing. I wish this was disclosed clearly up front since it doubled my bill. Edit: After submitting this review, I was contacted by the office manager. We discussed the miscommunication and we were able to come up with a resolution over this issue. She was very kind and understanding, as well as easy to work with. Changing my review to 4 stars (since it took a review to resolve).

  Multiple inside and outside lights were replaced at my home. An electrical line was placed in the kitchen for an electric stove swap out to gas. Quoted between $700-$1000 for all of the work. The higher price quoted would be for difficult installations on the exterior. All installations were described in detail by me before I accepted their quote. They sent a COVID infected employee to my house to do the work. Work took 5 different people nearly a month to complete and the price is almost double the highest price on the original quote. Much of the “19.5” hours worked was fixing installations that they performed. It’s documented in their invoices. In addition to correcting their installations, switches that control the lights they installed don’t work as they should and as they had prior to their work with the original lights.
