  We have been waiting for this company to come do some work on our property and was assured at every call they'd have us on schedule. Since we understood the demand we patiently waited and waited and waited some more. Each conversation was alright we've got you scheduled. Today I simply asked is it that you are too busy then please let me know so we can call someone else. The receptionist promptly responded "then use someone else". I thanked her for the lack of help. No way to do business and treat a customer who has been waiting for months. We will make sure not to ask of their services again.
