  These guys are great! They are quick, professional and do not try to rip you off. We hired them for a remodel on an apartment building and they were always on time and everything looks top notch. Not only that, they were by far the most affordable electricians around. I look forward to using Tim and Travis in the future.

  Awful customer service came out and removed our power without even notifying us. When I called and spoke to Travis who could not tell me what phone number or email they were supposedly contacting for over a year which is a lie because our information has not changed he was also extremely rude. They never provided us any paperwork stating we had a time frame to place our permanent power and with covid for the past year have not really had the opportunity to do a lot of work.

  Hello Staci This is Travis replying Thank you for your review When we originally installed our temporary You were told that it is only good for 90 days and that the temporary panel in question was our property That is South Dakota law We have given you an extra year beyond that to Start any kind of project After that all phone numbers and emails that were originally provided came back as disconnected we also left notes on the property to please contact us we never received any contract for months prompting us to take action accordingly When you contacted me on 3/26/21 I was on a job site and did not have the original contact information you asked for readily available to me I asked you if you would like our office number to which you declined then immediately hung up on me before I could try and get you any other information the temporary panel in question was yellow tagged by the state electrical commission as an illegal installation because somebody Had decided to illegally run additional wires than we originally installed our panel was also heavily damaged because proper weather rated materials were not used And the work was not done by a licenced and qualified electrician nor was it done to NEC and state electrical codes Causing our inspector to fail the entire installation and demand We either correct the improper wiring or remove the panel completely since we could not get ahold of anyone that left us with only one choice to remove the panel and disconnect all illegal wiring that was connected to it We apologise for Any inconvenience this action may have caused however it was the only option available to us to remove Any and all liability of injury or property damage due to the illegal wiring in question If you have Any additional questions or concerns please call us back and I can forward you the owners number so you may discuss this with him

  Tim and Travis are wonderful to work with! They brought in a construction heater to heat our building without being asked. They went above and beyond for our office and staff! You won't find anyone as honest, kind and hardworking as Tim and Travis. We love these two!!
