  Was told by Technician that system needed to be replaced at a cost of $7,000. Was told we should get it done right away because we could be breathing the freon and temperature was going to be in the high 80's. Called another company, he replaced the air filter and added one lbs. Of freon at a cost of less than $100. System has been running great ever since. Holding temperature and not running all the time. Will never have Del-Air in my house again.

  Re: Hot Water Heater Installation I have been using Del-Air for many years to service and install air conditioning in my home and rental properties, and have been very pleased. Reluctantly, I decided to use their recently added plumbing division to replace a hot water heater in a small rental office building. Tom Smith described my options and gave me cost estimates. He was clear and detailed about the installation which he performed. The work went smoothly and as planned. It was a pleasure working with Tom. Del-Air and Tome are my "go to" plumbers from now on.   Tech came in to do the twice a year check on my system. He also cleaned the blower motor and convinced me to install a UV light to fight mold and mildew. Tech was very knowledgeable and kind. He did a thorough job and I was pleased with the outcome.
