  Been trying to get through for an HOUR. It just connects me to a voicemail service at the Delta office. Was going to see about getting internet, but why bother if you can't even get through to a person? And then when I did get through a few days ago the lady was rude. Don't know which office she was at, but her people skills are not it. Why would a company only have One phone number that connects to an office they can't even bother to keep staffed?! That's just insanely bad business practices to me.

  Absolutely horrible customer service! Becky “O”-spoke over me the entire call and was extremely snarky. What has happened to good customer service??? Had questions about an account that I had 2 years ago, was treated horribly!

  Went into DMEA and arranged for service in new home on 3/11/20. At the same time, arranged for service in rental to stop on 3/31/20. Someone called and pretended to be me and asked for service in the rental to continue. When I received the bill, I called DMEA and complained. They said we have no way of knowing who is calling. Not the right answer.
