  I have hired Dependable 3 times for service calls for rental properties. They are extremely responsive. I'm always leary to leave messages not knowing if the company will call back and they always do. In the last situation where I needed their services they fit me in at the end of their day even though they were busy because our tenant is in her 80's and we needed help asap. I will only ever call this company in the future.

  I had a very small job - I needed a hardwired doorbell replaced and a light switch repaired. Most places I called quoted me ridiculous prices or weren't interested in such a small job. But Dependable was flexible and able to get me taken care of the next day! The guys were quick, professional, and did a great job!

  Terry, Cory, and Tyler wired my bathroom fan and helped to troubleshoot a tripping issue with an arc fault / gfci breaker. They showed up on time, found a solution and completed the work in a timely manner. Pricing was explained upfront and I paid what was quoted. Highly recommend
