I had neglected to replace 3 smoke and carbon dioxide alarms that were long past their expected lives. One began chirping. After YouTube reviews, I bought and installed a new unit with new battery. Then the other units chirped. When I called, Travis talked with me about things I might try before we concluded that I needed to replace all 3 units. I mentioned that I would turn off the power to the units until that happened. He was concerned. No smoke alarms? Not safe. He dropped off the new units at my house on the same morning and routed a busy electrician in the nearby area to install them. All is well now. That is excellent service.

We used Design Electric for our complete kitchen remodel after being introduced to the company when we had AC installed. Great experience and customer service. RJ was incredibly helpful with the design and planning, making sure we thought through layout and functionality of outlets and lighting options. Joe did great work installing and accommodating our preferences, and proactively suggested a small but valuable addition. Reasonable rates, quality work, great communication. We'll definitely look to use Design Electric for future projects.

Super easy to work with and great quality! They handled a laundry-list of items from an inspection on our new house. The entire process was pleasant and the people were some of the friendliest/most knowledgeable that we’ve worked with in home repairs. Highly highly recommend.
