  I called Devenport plumbing service because I could not get my sewer drain to run smoothly. They sent a plumber who came and did a great job. Punctual and efficient. Installed a hose bib on my terrace, dishwasher and faucet. Quick and easy! Thanks guy.

  Please, please do not give this company your business. We have a clogged toilet, which we thought was more serious so they seemed well rated so we called them and they came out for a service visit. First, the service visit is $95. This $95 includes literally no service. We explained the issue, they said they would snake the line and assured that would fix the problem. The cost to snake the line was now a total of $195. They performed this in 10 minutes with an auger you can buy on Amazon and the technicians were extremely rough on the toilet and pipes. I cannot imagine any service this company providing costing less than $195. They were here less than 15 minutes total. They tested the toilet by flushing it once with water and said it was fixed. The next time someone used toilet paper, the line again clogged immediately. We did not have one successful use of this toilet after $195. We called back and asked for another service. They said they do not perform any additional service and there is no guarantee of anything for a cost of $195 and 10 minutes of work. They said any more work would cost additional money, I asked again that there is literally no recourse for our money and they do not stand behind their work. The dispatch said they would come out the next day and snake again and it would cost extra if they needed to take the toilet out. I said to come snake again but we are not pleased with their work and do not want them taking out the toilet and we will not be paying for more services. The dispatcher said they would be out again today from 10-noon. It’s now almost 1, and they never showed. I called to ask when they would arrive and their service team said that I “hung up on them” and they would not come, even though they quoted a time and we had a specific conversation about service. This is not a real company. We are just out $195 with a damaged toilet. Please, please call someone else, I promise it’s not worth your time and money.

  I had a plumbing emergency on a Sunday, and Devenport helped me out right away. I was able to get plumber from the local office within two hours. He fixed my clogged drain and was very friendly, professional and efficient. I'll definitely use them for any future plumbing needs I have.
