  They installed a chandelier with dimmer switch. We called to say the switch was very hot. Electrician said it is probably a bad dimmer switch. Since we purchased it he would not do anything. We have tried several other switches but it is still not working. They refused to install one fixture because the ceiling was too high. The other fixture was not installed correctly and looks like it is falling down. Very disappointed especially because it cost me almost $600. Electrician did not know what he was doing. Very rude!

  My first service call with Dial One Electric was handled by Jonathan - He was very efficient, knowledgeable, competent, kind, courteous and considerate...I had what seemed to be a complexed issue that Jonathan navigated like a 'Pro'. I really appreciated how he even took time to train me on how do do a couple of things to save money. I particularly appreciated how he easily assumed that I would be capable of things he trained me to do. I appreciate how Jonathan diagnosed my issues like a boss!
