Don’t do it! Purchased a hot tub from Don and he offered to wire the electrical hookup since he is an “electrician”. A total botch job! My house nearly burned down! He did not put a dedicated breaker outside for the tub but direct wired it to the panel inside the house, which is totally wrong and used the wrong breaker so it didn’t fit in the box which caused it to arc, and no protective sheath around the wires to keep them from rubbing. Nothing about this job was done correctly! All of this caused the breaker to arc and catch fire. If I wouldn’t have been in the basement when it happened the house would have burned down. Of course he will not refund my money because he’s a crook! But this is far from over! The next family he works for may not be as lucky! Please do not use him!

Was initially impressed with Don. He was very timely in his response to my needs, showed up on time, and gave a reasonable estimate for all of the work we had him do. Seemed to be thorough, quick, and all of the fixtures work as expected. However since he did the work have noticed the reason he's quick is that he cuts corners. No junction boxes at splices, no junction boxes behind fixtures, hidden junction boxes inside the wall, no grounds - Just very shoddy work. So now we have to re-wire a bunch of fixtures that aren't up to code. And to make matters worse, he doesn’t clean up afterwards. For the money, I'm blown away at his lack of professionalism. Would NOT recommend Don!

Attic Fan Mess, Slop Artist We hired them to put in an attic fan and they did. I was in the attic months latter and saw what they did. The drywall they removed was thrown to the side and left in the attic, compressing the insulation. The fan was just set loose on the opening and not screwed down. There wasn't a berm built around the fan to allow for insulation, he just shoved the insulation away. This was a few years ago. I came across the receipt recently and it made my blood boil. He charged $1,450 for that mess that I had to fix. The address on my receipt is the same as the current web site. The business may have been sold in these years since the work was done. The phone number is different. Just check their work before you pay them.
